Our children's areas

Our three children's areas are perfect for kids aged 3-17. From the pirate ship equipped with climbing holds for the little ones to real climbing walls for the older ones, there is something for all age groups.

Our children's areas are designed in different sections for kids aged 3-17. From the pirate ship equipped with climbing holds for the little ones to real (but smaller) climbing walls for the older ones, there is something for all age groups.

FLASHH is a sports facility for young and old alike. As the safety of everyone is very important to us, the following age restrictions apply:

• 0-3 years: Children are not allowed on the mats and must remain in the restaurant area with an accompanying adult.

• 3-7 years: both children's areas (with accompanying adult)

• Ages 8–13: Children's areas and Blocland (with accompanying adult in the hall)

• From age 14: entire hall available for use

Parents with two children, one of whom is under 3 years of age, must ensure that both children have an accompanying adult.

The following applies to all children under the age of 14: bouldering is only permitted when accompanied by parents or an authorized person! Please note that a maximum of 3 children are allowed per supervisor. These children must remain within the supervisor's supervision radius as soon as they step onto the mats.

Children under the age of 3 are not allowed on the mats and must remain with an accompanying adult in our dining area near the counter. Parents with two children, one of whom is under 3 years of age, must therefore ensure that both children have an accompanying adult. Children aged 3 and above are allowed in both of our children's areas. Children aged 8 and above are allowed in Blocland and children aged 14 and above are allowed in the entire bouldering hall.

Are you over 14 years old? Then you are welcome to climb independently in our main hall. Either with your parents, another adult supervisor, or alone with written permission from your parents. Please bring the completed forms with you.

  • Fancy a sporty birthday party? Then come to FLASHH!
    We offer the right concept for every age group:

    Whether it's a bouldering birthday party for kids aged 9 and up or a party without a coach for kids aged 4-10, we'll make sure you have an unforgettable day of bouldering.

    For a 2-hour birthday party with a trainer, we charge:
    Mon-Fri €219     for up to 10 children
    Sat, Sun, and public holidays    €249 for up to 10 children

    Time slots (birthday with trainer ):

    11:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m., 1:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m., and 4:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.

    For a 2-hour birthday party without a trainer for children aged 4-10, with an exclusive celebration in the adventure area (pirate ship/castle), we charge:

    Mon–Fri before 4 p.m. €160
    after 4 p.m. and Sat, Sun, and holidays €180

    Time slots (birthday without coach):

    11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

    The price includes the rental fee for all the equipment you need for bouldering.

  • We offer various courses and training groups for children, led by experienced coaches, which focus entirely on the next generation of boulderers—whether beginners or professionals.

    There are still places available in our training group:

    Wednesdays:
    - 7:15-9:15 p.m.

    - Advanced bouldering
    - Ages 40 and up

  • Are you looking for more individual coaching? Then our personal training is just right for you.

    Our experienced trainers will devote their time exclusively to you. You are welcome to bring another person along and work on your bouldering technique together.

    Are you looking for something to do during the vacation season? Then our camp is just the thing!
    Under the guidance of our trainers, we supervise your child and offer the perfect space to let off steam and learn bouldering
    Here are the facts:

    - For kids aged 9-12
    - Supervision Mon-Fri 10:15 a.m.-2:15 p.m.
    - Lunch included (please let us know about any food intolerances or dietary requirements so we can take them into account)
    - Climbing equipment, all you need is comfortable sportswear

    €249 for the first child
    €209 for siblings

    Holiday camp 1: October 20–24, 2025
