FLASHH is an international indoor bouldering chain. FLASHH Hamburg is our home gym and has been one of the top spots in northern Germany for years. In summer 2021, FLASHH Barcelona became our first gym in Spain.

Who we are looking for:

To strengthen our team, we are looking for trainers [m/f/d] to start IMMEDIATELY for regular adult and children's groups, as well as our birthday parties, on a part-time or freelance basis.

  • You are enthusiastic about FLASHH, know your way around bouldering, and can climb at least green-blue difficulty level.
  • You are confident in dealing with people and may already have some initial training experience.
  • You have a valid first aid certificate.
  • You are communicative and sociable.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for passionateroute setters who want to help create unforgettable experiences and be part of the team that creates our main product: innovative, high-quality routes. As part of our team, you willbe responsiblefor setting boulders for beginnersand World Cup climbers alike.

In detail, we would like to see:

  • Empathy for different climbing styles, especially for beginners and children
  • Technical background / skills in using common route setting techniques
  • generally high woodworking skills
  • Creativity in movement and in the visual arts
  • We are looking for individuals with good interpersonal skills who are able to help build a community around FLASHH.
  • Guest screwdrivers or as a self-employed activity
